1. เข้าเว็บไซต์ https://www.gmetrix.net/Login.aspx เพื่อเข้าใช้งานระบบ
2. เลือก Sign in an existing google account กรอกอีเมล และรหัสผ่าน ตามที่ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์แจกให้

เมื่อเลือกหัวข้อที่สนใจแล้ว จะมีบทเรียนแบ่งเป็นหน่วยต่าง ๆ
ซึ่งเครื่องมือดังกล่าวจะประกอบด้วย
· บทเรียนแบบ Video Based Learning ในทุกบทเรียน
· ระบบประเมินก่อนเรียน
· แบบฝึกหัด (Exercise Labs)
· ระบบประเมินหลังเรียน
· การรายงานการใช้งานระบบ
· สามารถดาวน์โหลด material สำหรับการเรียนออนไลน์ได้
สำหรับ 1 รหัสผู้ใช้ ครอบคลุมโปรแกรม ดังนี้

ระบบใช้ได้ถึง: วันที่ 17 มิถุนายน 2563
เนื่องจากบริษัทให้สิทธิ์การใช้งานมา 10 บัญชี ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์และสารสนเทศ จึงใช้อีเมลกลางสำหรับการเรียนรู้ เพราะฉะนั้น โดย 1 บัญชีใช้งานได้ไม่จำกัดจำนวนครั้ง กรณีที่มีผู้ใช้งานบัญชีอยู่ ลองเปลี่ยนเป็นบัญชีอื่นแทน เนื่องจาก ไม่สามารถใช้งานพร้อมกันได้หลายบัญชี
